Joctan GuzmánQuality Control Manager


    Joctan supervises the call center and ensures that the information that is being captured meets the quality standards of the company; he personally reviews every entry prior to its incorporation into the hospital database. In addition, Joctan is responsible for team training, developing the work plan and data deliverables.

    Joctan has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and worked for several years in market research across Latin America prior to taking on his current position.

    Joctan is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of English.
