Joctan GuzmánQuality Control


    Joctán supervises the call center team and ensures that the information captured meets the quality standards of the company – he personally reviews every entry prior to its incorporation into the databases.  In addition, Joctán is responsible for team trainings, developing the work plan and data deliverables.

    Joctán worked in the Call Center for two years prior to becoming the Quality Control Manager.

    Joctán is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of English.
