Delivering Accurate CRM Data to a Medical Device Firm Operating in LatAm
Our client, a leading global company that produces infusion pumps, sought to improve the quality of its customer relationship management (CRM) data for Latin America. Many companies rely on their sales team to enter and update this data, but time constraints and a focus on existing clients—as opposed to potential clients and the full market picture—result in both inaccurate and incomplete data.
Global Health Intelligence (GHI) added the client to the subscriber base of its hospital database, which offers more than 140 data points on 15,000+ hospitals in 11 Latin American markets. The database is designed to populate CRM solutions for its users.
The client now had current, accurate data about existing and potential clients in its database, along with contacts. In addition, the GHI database integrated into the client’s CRM system so that the data can be accessed company-wide.
The client could easily see which hospitals have the greatest number of infusion pumps and which offer the best new revenue opportunities. As a result of GHI’s database fueling the client’s CRM database, the client was able to obtain qualified leads for its own clients while identifying new sales opportunities for its team.
