    Assenet supervises the call center and ensures that the information that is being captured meets the quality standards of the company; in fact, she personally reviews every entry prior to its incorporation into the hospital database. In addition, Assenet is responsible for team training, developing the work plan and data deliverables. Assenet worked in the Call Center for two years prior to becoming the Quality Control Manager.

    Assenet is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of English.
