Carmen is responsible for driving internal projects at GHI.  A resident expert on key opinion leaders or KOLs (ranging from physicians to heads of associations and industry leaders), Carmen has the wherewithal to engage the community, share insights and obtain information that will lead clients to develop successful strategies.

Carmen has a BA in Psychology from Universidad de las Americas (UDLA) and a MSc in Semiology from the Instituto de Semiología.

Carmen is fluent in Spanish and English.
