Brazil among countries increasing disbursement on mobile health systems

 

As per a report published by Kalorama Information, growing economies such as Brazil and China are spending more on mobile health systems owing to increased healthcare requirements of the geriatric population, innovative wireless and monitoring devices based on advanced medical technologies, less healthcare resources, desire of reduced stay in hospital and cost-effectiveness. The report mentions that the global mobile health market will reach USD 33.7 billion by 2015-end. The mobile health systems market is particularly fruitful for healthcare professionals, patients, nurses, physicians, emergency departments and hospital administrations. Some regional markets may represent a sluggish growth but disbursement on healthcare will continue to increase in countries such as Brazil and China in order to expand the national coverage and to reform health policies.
