Deregulated medical equipment doesn’t require any health registration and custom clearance
The Ministries of Health and Economy, Mexico has reportedly published the official journal of the federation amendments to the agreement establishing the classification and codification of goods and products, whose import or export is subject to sanitary regulations. As per this agreement, the products do not require any registration and custom clearance. The deregulated products include some tooth pastes, units corneal wash, beads and patches for use in acupuncture, lenses, etc. The deregulation is done as a measure to streamline the trade and to facilitate the access of most advanced equipment within a shorter period of time for the benefit of patients.
